Senior Centers

A note from Adam S. Frary, Caregiver Education/Respite Volunteer Coordinator at Mountainland Department of Aging & Family Services:

"Senior centers can be a great resource to seniors and caregivers of seniors. The purpose of senior centers is to provide an opportunity for older adults to remain active and engaged in the community. They have various activities and usually have lunch available. They also have 10 different senior centers in Utah County. If you want to learn more about senior centers and locations go to mountainland.org/seniors."
