At the onsite workshop in Chelsea, MA you'll get an in-depth tour of Leonard Florence Center for Living (LFCL), the first "stacked" urban Green House Model. LFCL includes short term rehabilitation and MS/ALS homes in addition to long term care homes. You'll also have the opportunity to speak with the LFCL leadership and hear about their experience in developing and implementing the Green House model. Please note: space is limited.
