Events

Today I just wanted to talk a little bit about senior centers. Senior centers can be a great resource to seniors and caregivers of seniors. The purpose of senior centers is to provide an opportunity for older adults to remain active and engaged in the community. They have various activities and usually have lunch available. They also have 11 different senior centers in Utah county. If you want to learn more about senior centers and their location, just go to mountainland.org/aging, then go to"services" and click "senior centers".
