Living Well with Chronic Disease Classes

2 - 4 PM

Mountainland Association of Governments (Area Agency on Aging)

These classes are meeting once a week for 6 weeks from 2-4 pm. Alzheimer's Support for Families
The Alzheimer's Association in conjunction with Mountainland Department of Aging is looking for 10 families who are caring for a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. A family counselor will be provided that will meet with the families on a regular basis to offer support and resources. If you are interested in participating in this complimentary study, please call Geri Lehnardt (801-229-3814) or Nancy Madsen (801-229-3818).
