Caregvier Conference and Education Classes
Rosalyn Carter said it best: “There are only four kinds of people in the world – those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers and those who will need caregivers.”
Although caregiving can be very rewarding, it can also be stressful. There may be times when you feel squeezed by the demands of providing care, balancing family obligations, working, and taking care of yourself. At times you may not know where to go for answers, emotional support and practical advice, or how to get a break from your caregiving responsibilities. The UCare caregiver education classes can help provide the support you need.
The class starts in a week and lasts for 9 weeks. The times and days are listed below under classes. To register for the UCare caregiver education classes, just go to www.mountainland.org/aging then put the mouse cursor over the services tab and select classes and support groups from the drop down menu. Then just click on the UCare logo. If you have any other questions, call or e-mail me at 801-229-3818and afrary@mountainland.org. Please spread the word. There are many who desperately need the information this class provides.
